Sanford Orlando Kennel Club (SOKC) offers exciting live greyhound racing every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday afternoon at 12:45 PM; and evening performances Friday and Saturday nights at 7:15 PM. We offer simulcast wagering on Greyhound, Thoroughbred and Harness Racing from around the country 7 days a week. Clubhouse admission is $2 and Grandstand admission is always free. Amateur poker tourneys are held in the Clubhouse on Tuesday evening at 7:00 and Sunday afternoon at 1:00.

SOKC offers a variety of food and beverage options: Try one of the delicious entrees at our clubhouse restaurant or sample our well-stocked concession stands and bars located throughout the Grandstand.

SOKC presents a great wagering format - 16 live races featuring Win-Place-Show and Quiniela wagering. Thirteen Trifectas per performance, 2 Twin-Trifectas and a Tri-Super wager each performance. The Twin-Trifecta jackpot is forced out weekly every Saturday night, while the Tri-Super jackpot is forced out monthly on the first Monday of every month. We also offer a daily double and five $.10 Superfectas except for Friday night when we offer them in all 16 races. The Supers all feature a low commission rate of only 15%.

Friday and Saturday all the live matinee races at SOKC will be featured in a handicapping contest run online by our content provider Trackdata. Sign-ups close tomorrow (Thursday) at noon at bigjackpotbetting.com.

PREAKNESS STAKES: Make plans to join us on Saturday, May 19, for the second jewel of thoroughbred racings Triple Crown. While table reservations are sold-out in the Clubhouse Dining Room (where you'll be enjoying Maryland Crabcake Sandwiches, Chesapeake Salad with real MD Crabs) there will be some available standing room upstairs in the Clubhouse as well as our standard downstairs smoking section. Clubhouse beverage specials, like Black-Eyed Susans, can be had for $2.25. All day in both buildings there will be $1 drafts of Bud and Bud Lite along with $2.50 bottles of same. The Grandstand Specials will feature dollar Fries, Soda, Beer and Hot Dogs. Come have fun.

We run year-round, 6 performances every week (except for a 10-day period every September).

We've rolled out the new SOKC menu in the Clubhouse. Please stop in and try some delectable items such as the sweet potatoes and the signature Parmsesan Crusted Chicken. You will be pleased with the food and the menu's new look.

Free poker: Join us for amateur poker every Tuesday night in the Clubhouse dining room at 7:00 pm and Sunday afternoons at 1:00 p.m.. The Kitchen and Clubhouse Bar will be open. It's a nice environment to play poker for free - the poker tables look out over our racetrack, our players enjoy satellite radio in the background, the food and beverages are tasty and generous and the service is quick and professional. Players can watch and wager on thoroughbreds, standardbreds and greyhounds all evening too. We have a nice turnout every time - a good time is had by all. Earn points, win prizes and a shot at the monthly and regional tourneys.

Race 3, 6, 9, 11 and Race 16 feature the popular $.10 Superfecta wagers. Friday nights are 'Fecta Friday Nights - $.10 superfectas offered in each of our 16 races. All superfectas feature SOKC's low 15% takeout.

Our Twin-Tri and Tri-Super jackpot pools pay a more generous 50/50 split - 50% paid out to first half winners and 50% carried over to the jackpot(s).

The attractive SOKC Clubhouse is open every day of every week. Please join us there - admission is $2 along with a $4 food or beverage purchase requirement.

The SOKC minimum bet for Win-Place-and-Show pools is one dollar - Quinielas, Trifectas, Twin-Trifecta, Tri-Super - all can be straight bet at the dollar minimum. Unique to SOKC, winning payouts for those pools are displayed as single dollar denominated.
